Job summary

Daimler Truck North America is seeking a District Parts Manager to provide aftermarket parts management support to dealer/distributor networks across Minnesota, Michigan, Montana and the Dakotas. The role requires remote work with relocation to territory, and involves collaboration with regional DPMs to align with national standards.

You will drive dealer performance, analyze markets, and promote company parts programs while maintaining strong relationships with dealers and principals.

Qualifications

• Dealer/distributor aftermarket parts management experience.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work across regions and with cross-functional teams.
• Proven sales track record in parts industry.
• Willingness to travel 50% or more.

Responsibilities

• Improve operational performance of parts department at dealer/distributor level.
• Drive dealer/distributor adoption of national aftermarket standards.
• Conduct operations audits and recommend corrective actions.
• Build strong relationships between Dealer/Distributor Principal and Parts Manager.
• Collaborate with Dealer Principal to align with corporate programs.
• Provide field intelligence on program effectiveness and market trends.
• Support training programs and on-site training as required.
• Act as technical consultant for systems activities.
• Promote and support headquarters training programs.
