Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Services District Manager to support Field Operations in managing a portfolio of projects across multiple states. The role is based on-site at jobsites with travel to Texas, Colorado, Utah and California.

You will oversee safety, staffing, budgeting, and AP/AR tasks while aligning operations with corporate strategy. The candidate will lead Regional and Level 4 Leads, develop forecasts, and optimize service delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes and customer

Qualifications

• College degree in a related management field is preferred.
• 5+ years as a Regional Lead or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
• 30% travel; valid driver's license required.
• Experience in a diverse, employee-owned company is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to translate vision into action.
