Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a Services District Manager to support field operations across a portfolio of projects in Texas, Colorado, Utah and California. This full‑time role requires travel and a strong emphasis on safety, people leadership, and operational excellence.

You will lead regional and Level 4 Leads, develop forecasts, and drive strategic objectives to deliver top‑quality service while aligning with corporate goals. This role is on‑site at multiple sites with ongoing travel.

Qualifications

College degree in a related management field preferred.
5+ years as a Regional Lead or equivalent.
Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
Strong organizational and prioritizing skills.
30% travel; overnight stay may be required.
Must have and be able to maintain a valid driver’s license.
Experience working for a diverse, multi‑disciplined, employee‑owned company.
Strong communication skills to clearly articulate vision into an executable plan.

Responsibilities

Ensure safety is the top priority and enforce safe practices across sites.
Lead and manage regional and Level 4 Leads to keep tasks on schedule and high quality.
Assist in forecasting operational activities for equipment.
Formulate strategic and operational objectives.
Improve customer service and optimize processes and systems.
Coordinate with EPC management on new technologies and improvements.
Develop KPI reporting and BI insights to scale operations.
Maintain professional, cost‑effective operations across markets.
