SOLV Energy is seeking a Services District Manager to support field operations across a portfolio of projects in Texas, Colorado, Utah and California. This full‑time role requires travel and a strong emphasis on safety, people leadership, and operational excellence.
You will lead regional and Level 4 Leads, develop forecasts, and drive strategic objectives to deliver top‑quality service while aligning with corporate goals. This role is on‑site at multiple sites with ongoing travel.

The Services District Manager is responsible for assisting the Field Operations Manager in the management and support of operations within O&M’s portfolio of projects across an assigned district. Includes managing the day‑to‑day operations, maintenance, fiscal and administrative functions of the portfolio in line with corporate strategy and objectives while ensuring and nurturing the safety of all personnel and equipment on the sites. This role is located full‑time on jobsites in Texas, Colorado, Utah and California. The role will require travel.
