Qualifications

• College degree in a related management field preferred.
• 5+ years as a Regional Lead or equivalent.
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.

• Travel up to 30%.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience with a diverse, employee-owned company.
• Strategic planning and operational forecasting experience.
