Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years in electrical construction with 10 in supervisory roles.
• 5+ years in utility-scale solar construction.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, NFPA70e, NEC and IEEE standards.
• Expert in project scheduling, planning, expediting, and cost control.
• Experience with MV testing and terminations.
• Experience with SCADA systems.
• Extensive PV solar and DC cable system knowledge.
• Underground electrical installations experience including conduit bores and direct-buried feeders.
• Inverter skid underground installation, terminations and testing.
• Proven ability to enforce safety and lead teams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical projects to ensure on-time, within-budget completion.
• Foster collaboration, safety, and quality across teams.
• Mentor field leaders and develop career paths.
• Build strong relationships with Owners, Architects, Engineers, and subcontractors.
• Enforce safety procedures and participate in training programs.
• Review specs, ensure compliance with SOLV standards, and conduct inspections.
• Coordinate with project teams on constructability and solutions.
• Input into CPM schedules and help meet milestones.
• Collaborate with estimating to ensure accurate cost proposals.
• Chair subcontractor meetings and monitor punch list progress.
• Provide progress updates to executive leadership.
• Serve as liaison with owners regarding electrical scope.
• Enforce LOTO procedures and uphold electrical safety.
• Coordinate with mechanical and civil leads for well-run projects.
• Review and approve energized work permits.
• Support pre-construction activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
