Job summary

Jump Start Stores Inc. seeks a District Manager to plan and oversee daily store operations within the assigned district. You will drive performance, supervise staff, and coordinate with HR, finance, and logistics to meet goals.

Responsibilities include evaluating performance, planning budgets, scheduling, and implementing promotions while ensuring policy adherence. On-site role with 8am-5pm weekdays and 24/7 on-call support for emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Plans and organizes daily activities related to production and operations.

• Determines labor needs to meet production goals.
• Assists with budget preparation for operations unit.
• Coordinates with marketing and sales departments to determine pricing, timing, and number of promotions.
• Assists with, or prepares and updates, organization’s operations manual and policies.
