The ideal candidate will bring retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage budgets and payroll while preserving safety and sanitation standards. This is a high-responsibility, on-site leadership position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or management related field preferred; 3–5 years retail management may substitute for the degree.
• 3–5 years of experience supervising others required, preferably in convenience store/retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and operations of 8–12 convenience stores.
• Collaborate with Store Managers and vendors to ensure clean, stocked, and well-kept sites.
• Oversee staffing, store conditions, and expectations; hold teams accountable.
• Maintain high customer service levels through daily interactions with customers and vendors.
