Jump Start Stores Inc. is seeking a District Manager to plan and oversee daily operations across assigned stores in the Garden City area.

You will manage staff schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with company policies while driving sales and cost control. The role requires strong leadership, operational acumen, and the ability to interpret financial data to meet production and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business management/administration preferred.
• At least five years of related experience required.
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and financial data interpretation skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and lifting up to 50 pounds may be required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily operations of assigned district stores.
• Oversee schedules and staff performance evaluations.
• Analyze performance data and financial data to measure productivity.
• Coordinate with HR, finance, and logistics to ensure successful operations.
• Assist with budget preparation for operations and determine labor needs.
• Coordinate with marketing and sales to plan promotions and pricing.
• Assist with updating the operations manual and policies.
• Provide on-call support for emergencies.
