Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license.
• Must have an associate degree or equivalent, or a high school diploma with experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages day-to-day operations of the District.
• Monitors operating metrics and improves processes.
• Ensures safety and regulatory compliance with WM and OSHA standards.
• Oversees staff development, coaching, and training.
• Manages budgets, labor and material costs, and contract performance.
