Job summary

WM is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead the district's sales team, drive revenue, and ensure adherence to WMHS policies and core values. The role involves coaching direct reports, shaping strategic direction, and contributing to budget planning.

Responsibilities include forecasting, performance management, and delivering ongoing sales training through workshops and one-on-one meetings. Strong emphasis on achieving district goals within a dynamic industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Education equivalent to Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, or Management.
• Ten or more years of sales experience, with five to seven years in sales management.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify market potential and develop district sales activities to achieve P&L targets.
• Implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve goals and increase branch revenue.
• Manage district forecast, KPIs, and performance of sales professionals.
• Provide training and coaching; conduct ride-alongs and quarterly workshops.
• Ensure adherence to WMHS policies and core values.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
