Qualifications

• 3+ years in route operations, delivery management, logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; must be 21+.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of delivery and service routes to ensure accurate, efficient customer service.
• Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution to maximize productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service team members to drive performance.
• Address escalated customer concerns, service issues, and delivery challenges.
• Promote and enforce company safety policies and DOT regulations where applicable.
