Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a results-driven leader to manage District Managers and Route Sales Representatives in the Chicago area. You will coach teams, drive performance, and ensure high-quality service across the route network.

You will oversee audits, customer visits, and issue resolution while supporting retention and revenue growth through upselling and new account installations. A strong focus on safety and cross-functional collaboration is essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in route-based service or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of route operations and service execution.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and fleet safety.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and coach District Managers and Route Sales Representatives.
• Drive employee performance through coaching and evaluations.
• Oversee route audits, customer visits, issue resolution, and proactive communication.
• Support customer retention and revenue growth via upselling and new account installations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Office teams to meet branch goals.
• Promote safety and ensure vehicles are properly maintained and operated.
