Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in Raleigh, NC is seeking a District Manager to oversee daily route operations, delivery performance, and service team leadership. You will ensure efficient and high-quality service across assigned routes and report to the Service Manager.

You will coach route drivers, manage schedules and workload, address escalated customer concerns, and enforce all safety policies and DOT regulations where applicable. This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy logistics environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in route operations or logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driving license and clean driving record; 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of delivery and service routes.
• Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution.
• Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service team members.
• Ensure consistent customer service and respond to escalated customer concerns and delivery challenges.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and DOT regulations (if applicable).
