Job summary

Brew Horizons LLC is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations across multiple 7 Brew stand locations. You will coach Stand Managers, ensure standards, drive profitability, and develop teams while maintaining our culture of speed, quality, and service.

The role requires field leadership and frequent travel between stands. Responsibilities include monitoring KPIs, enforcing safety and maintenance, and communicating with regional leadership to keep locations aligned with brand expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of multi-unit leadership in high-volume settings.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel frequently.
• Serv Safe Certificate or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Ability to travel between stand locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership across multiple stand locations.
• Coach Stand Managers on performance and team leadership.
• Ensure adherence to company standards, safety, and procedures.
• Monitor KPI metrics: staffing, labor cost, guest experience, and profitability.
• Visit stands regularly to support front-line operations and teamwork.
• Communicate with regional leadership and uphold company values.
• Address operational and cultural issues with proactive solutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
