• Monitor metrics to improve plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Enforce safety policies and foster a safe work environment.
• Lead regular performance reviews and cross-functional communication.
• Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members.
• Participate in strategic planning and budgeting to grow plant profitability.
