You will guide daily operations, optimize staffing and routing, and partner with dispatch, drivers, and sales to meet client expectations while upholding SRM’s commitment to quality and integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience leading plant teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Knowledge of logistics, routing, and load planning.
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and safety standards.
• Proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead with purpose: Inspire, coach, and develop your plant team to achieve operational excellence and deliver outstanding service to every customer.
• Oversee daily plant operations: Manage staff scheduling, load planning, and route optimization to ensure efficient and timely concrete deliveries.
• Champion customer service: Collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales teams to exceed customer expectations and resolve any issues with urgency and care.
• Drive performance: Implement and monitor key metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Foster a culture of safety: Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and company policies, creating a safe and positive work environment for all.
• Promote teamwork: Conduct regular meetings to review performance, address challenges, and celebrate successes.
• Build relationships: Develop strong connections with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to support seamless operations.
