Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Plant Manager in Texas to lead daily operations, coach a production and delivery team, and ensure safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will optimize staffing, scheduling, and route planning while collaborating with drivers, dispatch, sales, and suppliers to meet service levels and profitability targets.

The role requires strong leadership, operations and logistics know-how, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plant operations: staff scheduling, load planning, route optimization for timely concrete deliveries.
• Champion customer service: collaborate with drivers, dispatch, and sales to resolve issues with urgency.
• Drive performance: monitor metrics to assess plant efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
• Foster a culture of safety: ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Promote teamwork: conduct regular meetings to review performance and address challenges.
• Build relationships: connect with customers, suppliers, and SRM team members to support seamless operations.
• Contribute to growth: participate in strategic planning and budgeting to enhance efficiency and profitability.
