Job summary

Alsco Uniforms in the United States seeks a District Manager to oversee daily route operations, delivery performance, and customer service. You will lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service teams, ensuring high-quality service and accountability across routes.

Travel within the branch area is required, with a focus on safety, regulatory compliance, and efficient operations. This role reports to the Service Manager and drives performance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in route operations, delivery management, transportation, service management, or logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driving license with a clean driving record and must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery and service route execution for accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution to maximize productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service team members.
• Address escalated customer concerns, service issues, and delivery challenges.
• Promote and enforce safety policies, DOT regulations (as applicable), and procedures.
