Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with related field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in grocery retail management or equivalent.
• Experience in developing and mentoring leaders and managing districts.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to store directors and ensure performance expectations are met.
• Monitor and analyze district performance metrics (sales, profitability, customer satisfaction) and implement improvements.
• Oversee inventory, merchandising, and compliance with company policies and procedures across stores.
• Develop and manage district budgets to maximize profitability.
• Train and mentor store directors and key personnel to foster continuous improvement.
• Maintain high customer service standards and address customer concerns across all locations.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance within the district.
• Create strategic plans to drive sales growth and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively between store managers and the corporate office.
