Job summary

Ally Waste Services LLC is seeking a District Manager to own the success of your district, leading a team of Service Valets and managing service delivery across apartment communities. You will spend significant time on-site with your team and clients, building trust through consistent execution.

Responsibilities include directing daily operations, recruiting and developing staff, maintaining client relationships with property managers, ensuring timely valet and recycling pickups, and upholding

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in field operations, service, or facilities environment.
• Strong communication skills with frontline workers and client stakeholders.
• Highly organized and self-directed with ability to manage priorities across multiple sites.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable spending significant time in the field daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery across your district, ensuring nightly valet trash and recycling pickups are completed correctly and on time.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop your team of Service Valets.
• Conduct regular property inspections to verify service quality and compliance.
• Provide on-call support to your team and communities as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers through site visits and prompt communication.
• Identify and resolve service issues before they become client concerns.
• Ensure daily delivery of valet reports to designated property staff.
• Coach and develop team members and maintain accurate reporting across teams.
• Support new community launches and onboarding coordination.
