ALLY WASTE SERVICES LLC in Jacksonville seeks a District Manager to own the success of a district, overseeing service delivery across apartment communities, leading a team of Service Valets, and representing the company to property managers on site.

This role blends field leadership with relationship management, requiring on-site presence, accountability, and a focus on consistent execution to earn client trust over time.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in a field operations, service, or facilities environment.
• Strong communication skills; comfortable building relationships with frontline workers and property management clients.
• Highly organized and self-directed; able to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable spending significant time in the field daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery across your assigned district, ensuring nightly valet trash and recycling pickups are completed correctly and on time.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop your team of Service Valets.
• Conduct regular property inspections to verify service quality and resident and valet compliance.
• Provide on-call support to your team and communities as needed.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property managers through regular site visits and prompt communication.
• Identify and resolve service issues before they become client concerns.
• Ensure daily delivery of valet reports to designated property staff.
• Coach and develop team members, provide regular feedback, and manage records across customer, associate, and operational reporting.
• Support new community launches including container distributions and onboarding coordination.
• Drive to properties within your district and to the inventory warehouse as needed.
• Uphold and promote all safety policies; report incidents promptly.
