Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in field operations, logistics, property management, or related.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Comfortable using email, mobile apps, and operational software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Service Valets across a district.
• Oversee field operations and ensure safety, quality, and compliance at properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers and clients.
• Ensure accurate on-time valet reports and documentation in systems.
