Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a team in field operations, service, or facilities.
• Strong communication skills for frontline workers and property managers.
• Highly organized and able to manage competing priorities across multiple sites.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable spending significant time in the field daily.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service delivery across your district, ensuring nightly valet trash and recycling pickups are completed on time.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop your team of Service Valets.
• Conduct regular property inspections to verify service quality and compliance.
• Provide on-call support to your team and communities as needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with property managers through site visits and communication.
• Identify and resolve service issues before they become client concerns.
• Ensure daily delivery of valet reports to designated property staff.
• Coach and develop team members and manage reporting across systems.
• Support new community launches and coordinate onboarding.
• Drive to properties and warehouse as needed, upholding safety policies.
