Job summary

Circle K is seeking an experienced Store Operations Leader to oversee store performance and drive promotions in the United States. You will manage costs, lead a team, and ensure we meet financial targets while complying with policies and safety standards.

Key duties include analyzing sales trends, coordinating with Marketing on promotions, training staff, and supervising Store Managers. A bachelor's degree and 3–5 years retail experience with supervisory responsibilities are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of retail business experience, including 2+ years of management.
• Proficient with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills; self-directed.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to supervise and train Store Managers.

Responsibilities

• Recap promotional activity and report trends to store management.
• Manage controllable costs and educate managers on controls.
• Collaborate with Marketing to implement promotions and new products.
• Provide feedback to category managers on stock issues.
• Ensure store operations are profitable and compliant with policies.
• Forecast requirements and assist with annual budget planning.
• Recruit, select and orient new employees; provide coaching.
