Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager/ Supervisor to direct operations in a high‑volume retail market. You will oversee 2+ full‑time staff, recruit, train, schedule and evaluate team performance while ensuring excellent customer service and a spotless store image.

You will manage daily sales, inventory, cash handling, and reports, and work to maximize profits within company standards. Flexible hours and strong English communication required.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma and 1–2 years retail experience.
• Ability to supervise and train CSR, LSR, and SA roles.
• Proficient with computers, reports, inventory and cash control.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• English communication skills.
• Open availability.
• Food handler cert (e.g. ServSafe) may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and other staff.
• Recruit, hire and train employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and store image.
• Maintain store cleanliness, stocking, display and pricing per company standards.
• Foster a professional image and safe work environment; mentor staff.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits; forecast and manage P&L lines.
