Job summary

Circle K in Houston, TX is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and manage a team of store managers. You will oversee promotions, inventory, staffing, and customer service to ensure profitable store performance.

Responsibilities include budgeting, coaching, and maintaining compliance with policies and safety standards; collaborating with Marketing on promotions; and developing action plans to improve results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; substitutions allowed.
• 3–5 years of retail business experience; at least 2 years in management.
• Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership, strong communication, self-directed, customer-focused.
• Must communicate in English; supervise and train Store Managers.

Responsibilities

• Lead store management through recruiting, training, and performance coaching.
• Monitor budgets, costs, salaries, and P&L performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing for promotions and new product launches.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and communicate action plans to resolve issues.
