Job summary

New System Laundry LLC is seeking a District Manager to lead daily service execution across routes and the office, developing CSRs and protecting retention. You’ll own the district, set priorities, and ensure standards show up every day.

You will drive key service KPIs, manage CRM data in Alliant, coach CSRs, ride-alongs, and conduct regular team and renewal-focused activities with leadership. Valid driver’s license and field comfort are required.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in operations/service/logistics.
• Coaching CSRs and maintaining service standards.
• Proven ability to drive retention and de-escalate customer issues.

Responsibilities

• Run daily district operations: route coverage, call-outs, swaps, and service recovery.
• Lead the morning rhythm with dock presence and readiness checks.
• Coordinate with production/warehouse/admin for route readiness.
• Maintain clean, professional standards across trucks, dock, and service areas.
• Drive retention through fast escalation handling and follow-through on hot accounts.
• Oversee Red Flag response with documented plans and timely follow-ups.
• Ensure QA visits, Wellness Visits, and Welcome Visits occur with cadence.
• Partner with Sales/Leadership to support renewals and stabilize at-risk accounts.
• Directly manage CSRs; coach via route rides, debriefs, and action plans.
• Lead recurring team meetings and establish a culture of accountability.
• Track KPIs: churn signals, ticket trends, safety, and visit completion.
• Maintain CRM discipline in Alliant: timely closure and accurate documentation.
• Support invoice integrity by spotting patterns in service/billing issues.
• Communicate weekly priorities and provide leadership with wins, misses, and root causes.
