Toot'n Totum Food Stores in Amarillo, TX is seeking a District Manager to lead all stores within the assigned district. You will direct daily operations, drive profitability, manage budgets, coaching Store Managers, and implement company policies.

You will travel 100% as required, oversee staffing, perform performance reviews, and ensure guest satisfaction while maintaining safety and compliance across multiple locations.

Formación

• Requires a minimum of seven years' retail or food management experience.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate and direct team members.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead all stores within the assigned district.
• Recruit, interview, hire & train Store Managers.
• Oversee daily workflow & operations of the department/store.
• Provide performance reviews and ongoing coaching.
• Manage store budgets and staffing; monitor overtime.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across locations.
• Drive guest satisfaction and handle escalations.
