Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all stores within the assigned district.
• Recruit, interview, hire and train Store Managers.
• Oversee daily workflow and operations of the district.
• Provide performance reviews and coaching to store teams.
• Prepare weekly reports for VP of Operations.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance across facilities.
