Job summary

Toot’n Totum is seeking a District Manager to direct and oversee daily district operations across multiple stores in a retail/c-store environment. You will coordinate policy execution, coach Store Managers, and drive sales and profitability while maintaining guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, performance reviews, and reporting to the VP of Operations. Expect travel, leadership, and a focus on safety and compliance with company standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Seven years retail or food management experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily store district operations across multiple locations.
• Lead, coach and develop Store Managers to drive sales and profitability.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and personnel movements to meet budgeted hours.
• Provide weekly summaries to VP of Operations.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance with company policies.
• Manage market pricing and competitive positioning.
