Apex Advisory LLC is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee multiple store locations within a designated region. The role requires leadership of Store Managers and Clerks, ensuring strong operations, customer service, compliance, and sales performance.

You will travel regularly between locations and step in to perform Store Manager duties when needed. Residency near Amarillo, TX or willingness to relocate is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Valid driver's license.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail management or district leadership.
• Willingness to travel regularly between locations.
• Ability to lift 25 pounds or more as required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, POS systems, and retail reporting tools.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of multiple store locations.
• Supervise, train and coach Store Managers and Clerks.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Assist staffing, scheduling, recruiting and performance evaluations.
• Step in as Store Manager when needed and provide coverage.
• Travel between locations and respond to time-sensitive issues.
• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with tobacco laws.
• Communicate via email, phone, and messages using a mobile device.
• Monitor market conditions and suggest operational improvements.
