You'll drive performance, develop talent, and implement improvements that increase sales while maintaining inventory accuracy and policies. Flexibility to work nights/weekends is expected as the business demands.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail leadership experience, multi-unit management preferred.
• Proven ability to recruit and mentor top talent.
• Track record of training and performance management.
