Job summary

Toot'n Totum is seeking a District Manager to direct and oversee daily store district operations across its retail/c-store network. You will drive profitability, coach Store Managers, manage district budgets, and ensure policy execution with broad store visibility.

This role requires 100% travel to sites and strong leadership. Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in retail management, a customer-focused mindset, and excellent communication and analytical skills to optimize performance and guest

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum seven years of retail or food management experience.
• Experience leading multiple stores in a district preferred.
• Strong planning, budgeting, and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily district store operations in alignment with company policies.
• Lead Store Managers through coaching, training and performance reviews.
• Direct staffing, scheduling, and budgeting for district stores.
• Report weekly results to VP of Operations and implement promotions.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and safety compliance.
