Job summary

Circle K is seeking a Store Manager to oversee operations in Florida, covering the greater Seminole, Lake, and Marion County areas. The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and promotional execution to drive profitability and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards.

The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial position, and a Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. Proficiency with MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of retail business experience with minimum 2 years of management responsibility.
• MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recaps promotional activity to store management and reports business opportunities, results, trends and competitive information.
• Educates managers on controlling costs: merchandise variation, salaries, overtime, cash, and maintenance.
• Collaborates with Marketing to implement promotions and new product introductions.
• Provides leadership and direction to store managers: recruiting, selection, orientation, and employee development.
• Forecasts requirements, prepares annual budget, analyzes variances and initiates corrective actions.
