Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Maintain site cleanliness and stock levels per standards.
• Schedule staff to maximize customer service and site image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve issues promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback.
• Train staff to meet customer service and merchandising standards.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting and documentation.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
