Job summary

Circle K in Mount Dora, Florida is seeking a Store Manager with leadership experience to supervise and train staff, manage daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service at a busy retail site.

You will schedule employees, maintain merchandising standards, handle supplier relations, and analyze sales data to maximize profits while upholding company standards and safety policies.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff in the use of equipment, tools and materials.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM duties and use of computer for reporting, inventory, cash control, notices.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Schedule employees to maximize service and maintain site image.
• Develop professional relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
