Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in the greater Osceola, Orange and Polk County areas is seeking a store management professional to lead operations, recapping promotional activity and reporting opportunities, results, trends and competitive information.

The role requires retail leadership, cost control, and collaboration with Marketing to implement promotions and ensure product availability, with responsibilities in hiring, training, and maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
3-5 years of retail business experience or more preferred; including minimum of 2 years of management responsibility.
Experience with MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word preferred.

Responsibilities

Recap promotional activity for store management and report opportunities, results, trends and competitive information.
Educate managers on controlling costs: merchandise variation, salaries, overtime, cash and maintenance.
Collaborate with Marketing to implement promotions and new product introductions.
Provide feedback to category managers regarding stock issues.
Ensure monthly promotions are executed and vendor performance is monitored.
Maintain safety and compliance with policies, procedures and regulations; train staff as needed.
Forecast requirements and assist with annual budget, variance analysis and corrective actions.
