• Implement non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training and coaching.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve issues promptly.
• Promote safety and oversee cashiering, reports and compliance.
• Communicate updates to all site staff and management.
• Organize files, manage merchandise, and ensure posters/signs are visible.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profit.
