ALDI is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in Greenwood, IN. Over a 44-week training period, you will gain hands-on experience supervising multiple ALDI stores and leading store managers to achieve exceptional service, positive teams, and strong sales performance.

The role covers Central Northeast Indiana and Louisville/Lexington areas. Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and planned increases to $110k, $120k, and $130k in subsequent

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and lead store management teams.
• Strong communication and problem solving skills.
