ALDI USA is seeking high-potential individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the Valparaiso area, covering Northern and Eastern Indiana and Chicago. The 44-week training prepares you to oversee multiple stores, drive sales, and uphold ALDI's standards.

Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus; subsequent years offer increases to $110,000, $120,000, and $130,000. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business is required, with daily domestic travel expectations.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.

Responsibilities

• Direct and develop store management teams to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Lead district-wide performance through coaching and accountability.
• Recruit, select, and staff stores to ensure adequate coverage.
• Develop action plans to improve operating results and staffing.
• Ensure policy compliance and ethical conduct across the district.
• Oversee safety, expense controls, and KPI achievement.
