ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for its District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44‑week period you will gain hands-on experience preparing to manage multiple ALDI stores, driving sales, and delivering excellent customer service.

The role includes overseeing district operations, staffing and coaching across Saxonburg Division, with a starting salary of $95,000 and a $5,000 signing bonus, plus potential increases in Year 2–4.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field required.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Proven ability to recruit, train and develop store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to store management.
• Leads and develops the store management team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Oversees staffing, training, coaching, and personnel decisions within the district.
