ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program covering the Dwight Division serving Decatur, IL area. The 44-week intensive training prepares you to oversee multiple ALDI stores and lead store management to drive sales and service excellence.

The role starts at a $95,000 salary with a $5,000 signing bonus and planned increases: Year 2 $110,000; Year 3 $120,000; Year 4 $130,000, with bonuses and strong career progression within a market leader known for

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication with direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store management to ensure desired results; leads and develops store management personnel.
• Leads, develops, and supervises the assigned store manager team to develop sales and engage teams.
• Supports store management in fostering a positive working environment and teamwork.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees staffing and personnel decisions to ensure proper staffing levels within the district.
• Trains and develops direct reports to maximize professional potential.
• Ensures store KPI results and develops plans to meet district goals and budgets.
• Plans district meetings and training sessions as communicated by company materials.
