Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for its District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period you will gain hands-on experience preparing you to oversee multiple ALDI stores and drive sales growth.

The program covers Central Arkansas and Jonesboro markets, offers competitive compensation, a signing bonus, and a clear path to leadership within a growing national retailer known for simplicity, consistency and responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Ability to develop rapport and open communication with direct reports.
• Ability to interpret and apply ALDI operating policies.
• Problem solving and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of human resource management and staffing processes.

Responsibilities

• Communicates expectations to store management and leads the store management team.
• Develops and supervises the store manager team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
• Oversees staffing, recruitment, selection, and promotion within the district.
• Plans and conducts district meetings and training sessions.
• Ensures adherence to policies and regulatory requirements.
