ALDI USA invites applicants to join our District Manager Trainee program, a 44-week immersive training path designed to prepare you to oversee multiple ALDI stores. You will work with store managers to drive sales, service, and operations while building a positive team environment across districts.

The role covers Eastern Missouri, Central & Southern Illinois, Southern Iowa and NE Arkansas, requires daily travel, and offers competitive pay, signing bonus, and clear advancement into district

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
• Willingness to travel daily domestically.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to store management and develops store management personnel.
• Leads, develops, and supervises the assigned store manager team to grow sales and engage teams.
• Supports store management in fostering a positive working environment and teamwork.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees staffing across district locations to ensure proper staffing.
• Trains direct reports to achieve maximum professional potential using company materials.
• Observes performance and provides feedback and coaching to store employees.
• Oversees escalation resolution of employee and customer concerns.
• Ensures compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations within the district.
• Manages budgeting, expense controls, and merchandising standards.
