Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated candidates for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program in the Central North Carolina, Western Virginia, South Carolina and Eastern Tennessee region. Over a 44-week training period you will learn how to oversee multiple stores, drive sales growth, ensure exceptional customer service, and foster a positive working environment.

Starting salary is $95,000 with a $5,000 signing bonus and annual increases through year four.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze and improve district performance.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and expectations to store management; leads and develops store management personnel.
• Leads and supervises the district's store manager team to grow sales and customer satisfaction.
• Develops action plans to improve operating results and staffing within the district.
• Oversees staffing, training, and development of personnel; coaches performance.
