Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking motivated individuals for the District Manager Trainee (DMT) program. Over a 44-week training period you will gain comprehensive knowledge and hands-on experience preparing you to take on responsibility for overseeing multiple ALDI stores.

As a district manager, you will work closely with store managers to ensure exceptional customer service, foster a positive employee working environment, drive operational excellence, and accelerate sales growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to lead and develop store management teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store management personnel to drive sales and high performance.
• Recruit, coach, and evaluate staff to ensure proper staffing and optimal performance.
• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements across the district.
