Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven record in advancing sustainable sales growth.
• Experience mentoring teams and P&L stewardship.
• 5+ years in a leadership role with sales focus.
• Strong communication and data-entry skills.
• Driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Comfortable in a drug-free environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor sales teams toward safety and performance milestones.
• Provide P&L stewardship for branches and territory.
• Cultivate exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure safety alignment and procedures across branches.
• Optimize margins through regional plans and growth milestones.
• Develop staff skills and professional growth.
• Assist in hiring, training, and staff management.
• Support outside sales with data and forecasts.
• Coordinate paperwork, inventory, pricing, and profitability.
• Maintain safe, welcoming facilities.
