Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience (ideally 7+ years).
• Proven history of advancing sustainable sales growth and profitable expansion.
• Experience mentoring a team and managing P&L in a distribution context (gases/welding supplies).
• Leadership track record of supporting teams for 3+ years.
• Strong written and verbal communication; organized and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support the sales team to achieve safety standards and performance milestones.
• Provide P&L stewardship for branches and territory to ensure fiscal health.
• Enhance customer service and product knowledge with a collaborative problem-solving approach.
