Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven history of advancing sustainable sales growth and profitable growth
• Experience mentoring a team and stewardship of a P&L
• Proactive leadership with 5+ years in a related role
• Strong communication is essential
• Comfortable with Microsoft Excel and Word, data entry and order extraction
• Numerical proficiency for business applications
• Ability to lift 25-75 lbs and valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor sales teams to reach full potential while upholding safety standards
• Advance market presence by aligning branches and optimizing resources
• Provide P&L stewardship and manage operating expenses
• Ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge across staff
• Coordinate hiring, training, and management of employees with Branch Manager
• Prepare sales data and forecasts for leadership and support outside sales reps
• Oversee paperwork, inventory, pricing, and profitability to ensure health of operations
